Attached is an untested patch for kexec-tools that should ensure that
all of /boot, /var, and /usr are mounted correctly in the target system.
Could you test that this patch works for you?  If so, I'll push this to
precise.

It should solve a number of problems related to trying to mount
arbitrary filesystems (e.g., /boot) from the initramfs.
