That's fine, in the upper right corner of the this page there is a
button that allows you to subscribe to this bug and receive email
notifications regarding comments and such. Indeed, the command was
supposed to upload some information about your system configuration to
this bug so the kernel team can document the problem and possibly try to
fix it. It seems that it won't let you do that since you didn't file
this bug, though. It's possible that subscribing to this bug and running
the command again will work, but I'd rather not risk wasting your time
going through that process in case you get the same error. So instead,
please run "ubuntu-bug linux" in a terminal to file a new bug about
this, and then post your bug number here so I can consolidate the
reports. You could also try subscribing and running "apport-collect
896810" again, but that may not work.
