Since an internet connection is recommended for installation, couldn't
translated screenshot be fetched from some server? You just include the
English screenshots on the CD and let ubiquity fetch translated
screenshots if an internet connection is available and a language other
than English is chosen.

Also, translated screenshots could be added to localized CD images.
