> the package can be built with libev, libtevent and libevent. the latter already is in main. is there a reason not to use this implementation?
I confirmed that it builds fine with libevent-dev, and passes the tests. It would need some bigger packaging changes, though (drop libverto- libev1, add libverto-libevent1), and I cannot say whether krb5 actually works with that. I don't have any practical knowledge of either krb5 or libevent :-( But we can certainly start with building against libevent, and revert back to libev once/if it causes problems. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/906281 Title: [MIR] libverto, libev (new krb5 dependencies) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libev/+bug/906281/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
