I realize this is ~2yr. old, I am looking at other bugs reports in
gdecrypt.
Ubuntu 9.10 is out of support since April 30, 2011, I suppose you have upgraded
since.
Truecrypt is also now at version 7.1.
Marking as invalid.
If you can reproduce this with the latest stable release of Ubuntu or
its current development release, please open a new bug. At t he moment
of this writing another bug prevent gdecrypt from working at all, see
Bug #872967.
