I have encountered this issue, but removing the /etc/samba/smb.conf does not seem to help — if I run 'sudo apt-get install samba4-common-bin' after removing it, I still get the following issue. http://paste.ubuntu.com/776943/
How can this issue be relieved? I think this is important, since unless it is done, I can neither upgrade my system, nor install new packages. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/832465 Title: upgradeprovision: guess_names: 'realm =' was not specified in supplied /etc/samba/smb.conf.
