Looks like the sources.list was updated for oneiric but the system never fully
upgraded to oneiric. The package manager is looking for the wrong packages in
other words. I cant say for sure, but its probably due to the shutdown mid-way
through the upgrade. Its not a bug so I am marking it 'invalid'. If you like
I can help you try to rescue the system as best possible, or you can try a
fresh install.
