Tested on 3.2.0-030200rc4_3.2.0-030200rc4.201112012035 - latest oneiric kernel. The issue is still present, exactly the same fifth suspend freezes on suspend. Sometimes (but rare) it freezes on resume. The test is to suspend, wait ~20sec and resume. The strange thing (see log) is that on resume the log looks like the system is going to mem sleep and immediately wake up after that. The attached log starts from the resume, then a successful suspend, and then the freeze on suspend.
