Based on the attached screenshot I'm marking as confirmed with
importance: Low as it is a "cosmetic/usability issues that does not
limit the functionality of a non-core application".
I notice if the bubble were moved up it would obscure the search field.
There's not much space left for it, at most it could be moved up about
20 pixels.
