Public bug reported:
when launching an application that is anchored in "Unity Launcher", this
is not placed at the end, is placed before the end position.
This happens only when you start Unity, and is not corrected until the
icons manually reorgnizar.
Once new applications manually reorganized unanchored shown at the end.
