Hi,

using hdparm -g for an lvm device causes a floating exception:

# hdparm -g /dev/mapper/vg1-stick

/dev/mapper/vg1-stick:
Floating exception


Even if that does not make sense since lvm devices don't have a geometry, a 
program should never abort with a floating exception (and break a shell script 
doing some work with block devices).
