Public bug reported:
This happens when application is under development (no .desktop file)
and not installed from software center or package.
To reproduce bug the easiest way would be to create new Ubuntu
application with Quickly:
$quickly create ubuntu-application foobar
$cd foobar
$quickly run
Check application icon in Unity launcher and application switcher (Alt +
Tab), it is very blurred.
Is this a bu? Is there some workaround for this?
