although kde claims that this bug has been fixed
(http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=181290), i see the following
problem:
1. open a PDF of a single landscape-oriented page
2. print the document
3. (the document is printed in portrait, with the right half of the page cut
off)
4. go to file->print, then hit the "properties" button
5. notice that the radio button for landscape orientation is selected
6. select portrait orientation
7. print the document
8. (the document prints correctly)
