swi-prolog-sgml is marked as being deprecated in favor of swi-prolog- nox. This would indeed be the case if swi-prolog-nox was 5.10.4-3, as in http://packages.debian.org/sid/swi-prolog-nox. However, the version in the repository is 5.10.4-1.1, as in http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric /swi-prolog-nox. That version doesn't have the rdf.pl library.
