Public bug reported:

Hi,

I just bought myself a brandnew Foxconn nt-A3500 for Christmas and
installed oneiric, but unfortunately the acceleration does not seem to
work even after installing fglrx and fglrx-upgrades. Moving windows is
not smooth, and video playback (e.g. with flash player in firefox,
although tools like lshw show that the fglrx driver is in place and
active.

Videos are slightly better with mplayer, and top says that mplayer
requires only about 30% cpu, which seems to hint working hardware acc,
but videos are still not smooth, there seem to be missing frames,
compared to my other computers.
