Error: Encoder (codec id 86017) not found for output stream #0.0
LAME is installed
as is all Kubuntu-restricted-extras
All repos are enabled (main, universe, restricted, multiverse) .
(Medibuntu, doesn't show ffmpeg on their packages any longer)
ffmpeg is the neuterd debian version, which is not compiled correctly to
support use of LAME,
Should be compiled with the "--enable-libmp3lame" flag.
ffmpeg lists formats as MP3 DE:
E mp2 MPEG audio layer 2
DE mp3 MPEG audio layer 3
