Public bug reported:
The package taxbird has been updated to the newest version allowing
electronic tax submissions for 2011 but still cannot be used as
libgeier0 is outdated.
The program runs fine but tells that the most recent data files cannot
be used because libgeier is old.
libgeier0 has to be updated everytime taxbird is updated!
