the issue is "XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR="$HOME/Documents""
the templates directory is used to build the context menu "create a new
document" in nautilus, if you set it to Documents it will read through
everything there and try to build a menu listing everything you store
under Documents, no wonder it's using CPU...
Closing the bug, that's not a bug but an user configuration issue
