Public bug reported:
The summary line describes it all. I have seen this behavior before in
totem as far as i remember but now i see it when using a gnome shell
extension that controls media players.
Workaround (deleting this icons, the default ones are better):
find /usr/share/icons/elementary -name "media*symbolic.svg" | sudo xargs
rm -v
