Observed this to happen with the Adobe Reader 9.4 plugin too (nppdf.so). Only worse.
Steps to reproduce: 1) Open a pdf in a new tab 2) Adobe plugin renders pdf inside tab 3) open another tab 4) navigate to site (e.g. www.gmail.com) 5) interact with site (e.g. try to login) Expected result: interactions can be seen (e.g. clicking on links changes colour, entering into text boxes shows characters entered, etc) Actual result: can't see any interactions This is worse since the pdf reader plugin is the whole size of the tab and not just limited to the size of a flash video so you really can't do anything :( -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/911276 Title: firefox flash videos blocks area in other tabs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/911276/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
