Did you install same version of the system (11.04)? It seems the
LibreOffice plugin might have stored some bad configuration that
caused the issue. Did you tried to reinstall/purge the plugin before
re-installation of whole system?

There is currently no way how to disable plugins in Nuvola Player and
both disabling plugins in Firefox and uninstalling Firefox don't have
any effect to Nuvola, because Nuvola doesn't interact with Firefox at
all.
