When installing a new server with Orchestra, the username and password
on the new install are forced to a default of 'ubuntu' for both. There
does not appear to be an easy way to change this.
Orchestra should make it possible to change the default username and
password. Alternatively, if this is already possible, the procedure for
doing so should be documented in an obvious place (perhaps a Help
section on the Cobbler web-admin panel, or a chapter in the Ubuntu
Server Guide)
