Please sync opendb 0.82p20-1.1 from debian unstable
The ubuntu change was the php5 migration:
opendb (0.81p20-1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low
* Merge with Debian Unstable, Ubuntu changes:
- Depends on PHP 5 packages (LP: 96357)
- Update maintainer field in debian/control.
This change can be dropped as debian now provides php5 alternatives
