I've implemented authentication with PAM(
http://www.reactivated.net/fprint/wiki/Pam_fprint) and it worked perfectly!

/ etc / pam.d / login
auth required pam_securetty.so
auth required pam_env.so
auth sufficient pam_fprint.so
auth sufficient pam_unix.so nullok try_first_pass likeauth
auth required pam_deny.so
