Public bug reported:
In contrary to 0.7.5 in Oneiric the version 0.8.1 in Precise doesn't display
systray icon.
dconf-tool systray-whitelist (desktop.Unity.Panel) can have default plus
'Gnote' or 'all' it doesn't display it's icon, logout or reboot doesn't help.
As an alternative of Tomboy which is no longer standard, it would be nice to
have the systray function back as it were in Oneiric.
## Just to exclude, this is not a dupe of bug 912188 and bug 863838
which concern fluxbox.
