check the default option settings in your printer setup tool? Can you
also check the option settings in the application you are using and also
attach the file which you have printed? Repeat the print job following
the instructions of the sections "CUPS error_log" and "Capturing print
job data" on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems?
