According to http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1375944 the same
problem is found on Asus P6T, and disabling Express Gate and changing
suspend mode to S3 in BIOS seems to have SOLVED the problem (on that
system).

I've checked the BIOS on my ASUS 1215B, but can't find any information
on Express Gate, nor suspend mode (S3).

I have, however, tried with C6 option both on and off, but have the
problem either way.

"manmath" reports success with Asus 1215B with a custom kernel. Not sure which
of the issues that was solved, or the config on that custom kernel though.
