Public bug reported:
I noticed that if I do sudo apt-get update or use update-manager to
check for updates and there are in fact updates available that
indicator-session does not update to reflect "Updates Available" but
instead continues to say "Software Up to Date".
I have attached a screenshot to demonstrate this bug.
