Hi dennis, is this problem still occurring? If so, could you attach the
output of the following commands?
xprop -root | grep XKB
$ gconftool-2 -R /desktop/gnome/peripherals/keyboard/kbd
** Changed in: xserver-xorg-input-keyboard (Ubuntu)
Status: Unconfirmed => Needs Info
