I got your message and wish I knew what you are talking about. This problem started after I upgraded to 11.10. As far as I know all I did was upgrade in update manager. If there is something I can do to fix the problem please tell me. I am just a user of Ubuntu and have very little knowledge of its interworkings. Thanks for any help you can give. Joe Bauman
