What happens:
1) Plug-in headphones
2) Output switches automatically to 'Internal Audio Analog Stereo' port 'Analog
Headphones'
3) Speakers are muted
4) Headphones are muted as well!
Further notes:
* When switching back to the 'Analog Speakers' port sound works on the
headphones and speakers are muted.
* I have a second headphone socket which is marked as an S/PDIF output and
works on the PCM channel at `alsamixer`
* Setting Auto-Mute Mode in `alsamixer` to 'Disabled' prevents the automatic
switching (step 2) and lets sound play on both the speakers and headphones.
* When setting Auto-Mute Mode in `alsamixer` to 'Disabled' to have both
speakers and headphones output audio, the 'Headphone' and 'Speaker' channels
control both speaker and headphone volume and assumes the volume level of
whichever channel was changed last.
