As the title says, the Dell Inspiron Duo (AKA the Inspiron 1090)
generates a black screen on resuming from sleep, requiring a hard power-
down and reboot. This appears to be similar to the SCI_EN bug that
manifested itself during the Lucid testing cycle on Dell laptops running
the Arrandale chipset.
