Tested kernel 3.2 stable.
Normal  => panic
acpi=off => OK
acpi=ht => panic
pci=noacpi => panic
acpi=noirq => panic
pnpacpi=off => panic
noapic => panic
nolapic  => WORKING
Also tested a patch from http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.acpi.devel/51423 
=> still panic
I also extracted my bios DSTT code and tried it with compilier " iasl -tc 
dsdt.dsl". Got this:
