The workarounds proposed here suggest to overwrite /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libc.so proided by libc6-dev. This might cause problems - specifically, building applications from source will fail.
A better solution is: sudo ln -s /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libc.so It fixes issues with danted, but leaves libc-dev files intact. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/816153 Title: dante-server using the wrong libc.so To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dante/+bug/816153/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
