Tested this with Precise Pangolin and the problem persists. Out of
curiosity I ran the same code on Windows XP with MS .NET 3.5 and got the
following output:

ThreeLetterWindowsRegionName: GBR
TwoLetterISORegionName: GB
CurrencySymbol: £
