icon point ot hicolor
Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/emacs23.svg
it should be
Icon=emacs23
so icon will be changed when you change theme.
the version of Ubuntu is Maveric and Emacs package is
23.1+1-4ubuntu7.2+maverick1 (I don't know if this is fixed in latest
Ubuntu)
