Public bug reported:

Kubuntu uses the oxygen gtk theme by default.
It reads some kde config files and icons and calls kde4-config.
This is not yet covered by abstractions/gnome.

Attaching a patch that adds the necessary rules.
The /usr/share/kubuntu-*-settings/{kde4-profile/default/,} globbing is required
because there are a few kubuntu settings packages that add their path to the
kde config search paths.
For example
/usr/share/kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/kdeglobals
/usr/share/kubuntu-netbook-default-settings/share/config/kdeglobals
/usr/share/kubuntu-low-fat-settings/share/config/kdeglobals

I have also created a profile for kde4-config but I'm not sure if that's
suitable to be included in apparmor.

** Affects: apparmor (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
