I found the work around for the problem the reason sysclt.conf file modification worked for a while then quite working. This was It seems that problem may be due to Pro/Wireless 3945ABG Network Chipset inside IBM Lenono X60 THinkPAD. There is no problem with wired connection. So the may not be Ubuntu bug after all.
