1. This report is poorly substantiated.  If you've found a game that doesn't
have a unique solution, you should be able to explicitly show that.  For
example, you could fill in all of the squares, then identify which entries can
be swapped to yield a different solution.

2. The solver at http://www.sudokuwiki.org/sudoku.htm has a "solution count"
feature that returns 1 for this puzzle.  See
