Public bug reported:
Terminator uses a "three squares" indicator in the top left of each
terminal to display the broadcast off/group/all status. This updates to
show one, two or all three squares coloured when the broadcast state is
changed using the mouse and menus.
However, when the broadcast state is changed using a keybinding press,
the indicator does not refresh.
