Public bug reported:
This is the 3rd of 6 software packages needed to implement support for
Estonian national ID cards, including digital signature of legally-
binding documents. Other packages depend upon this library to provide
support for embedding digitally signed documents. The whole codebase has
been undergoing heavy testing for a good two years via the ~esteid
development team's PPA and we feel that it has sufficiently matured to
be distributed via normal Ubuntu releases.
