Pretty much. If you don't want to add my ppa to your sources you can
simply download the necessary files as follows:

If you're on 32 bit, you need these:
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/libnux-1.0-0_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_i386.deb
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/nux-tools_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_i386.deb
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/libnux-1.0-common_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_all.deb

On 64 bit, these:
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/libnux-1.0-0_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_amd64.deb
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/nux-tools_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_amd64.deb
https://launchpad.net/~mjuhasz/+archive/backports/+files/libnux-1.0-common_1.16.0-0ubuntu1ppa1.1_all.deb

You can download them into a folder and then install them with sudo dpkg -i
*.deb
Whenever they become available on the official update channel they will be
upgraded automatically since that version number will be higher than mine from
the ppa.
