This is not an obvious problem. I'm changing the status to 'Incomplete'
until we can narrow down the problem some more.
1. Let's try the recipe given by darkenergyreactor. He stated that it
is reliably reproduceable if you manually create logical volumes (with
lvcreate) post-install.
2. For those people that have been affected by this, does the above
sound familiar?
