What sort of repository are you pulling from, is it perhaps a codeplex
repo?
Older versions of bzr-svn would sometimes create an incomplete cache if
e.g. the server hung up while the cache was being created. Have you
tried removing ~/.bazaar/cache/bzr-svn and ~/.cache/bazaar/svn ?
