Public bug reported:

Using LibreOffice in Hebrew, I encountered an error message written in
German. I assumed that the fallback language for where a translation
wasn't available was English - not German.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double Click on a Chart in a Document
2. Press Delete Key on keyboard
--OR--
1. On the Insert Menu, expand the Object submenu and click chart
2. Whilst newly inserted chart is still selected, press delete key on keyboard

Expected Result:
Not sure as don't understand the error message, but if that's supposed to
generate an error message then preferably it should be in Hebrew or failing
that, in English

Actual Result:
A german error message: "Die Function kann mit den selektierten Objekten nicht
ausgefuhrt werden."
