Unassigning/dropping milestone. lo-menubar is unmaintained and in
universe, and not installed by default. Nobody updated it for
LibreOffice 3.5 yet. I heard that the DX team is hiring a contractor to
implement it properly, and make it work for 3.5, though, so there is
hope.
