Public bug reported:
i was trying to install ubuntu 11.04 and i received an error that the
installation had crashed.
it also asked me to report a new bug with the partman and syslog logs
(attached).
i am still logged into ubuntu, but i can see a 'install ubuntu 11.04'
icon on the desktop..
