Brian - while it is providing good information the version of apport in Feisty does not have great duplicate detection. Our concern was getting multiple duplicate bug reports and creating extra work for the bug squad and bug triagers. This will be turned on again during Gutsy's development cycle and there will be another discussion about leaving it enabled for Gutsy.
