Still having this problem quite often on my Ubuntu 11.10 64bits up-to-date.
Usually, it occurs when i launch Chrome, or Firefox, or when i open a new tab
in Chrome (so i don't think it's really related to the application as i get
this with these two brothers).
It's very annoying.
