Public bug reported:
On Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo Mobile U9200, the "charged" and "discharging"
states are swapped in /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state. Ie., when the
battery is fully charged and the laptop is running on AC, the state is
reported as "discharging":

charging state: discharging
present rate: 0 mA
remaining capacity: 4428 mAh
present voltage: 12405 mV
And vice versa, when I disconnect AC and run on battery, the state
changes to "charged":
present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: charged
present rate: 1945 mA
remaining capacity: 4197 mAh
present voltage: 12063 mV
This has been the case in every ubuntu release I've managed to test
(10.04, 10.10, 11.10 and 12.04) The "charging" state is reported
correctly.
